What are the Care Instructions for My New Crochet Piece?
- To best preserve the materials used, please hand wash all pieces in cold water. If needed, a gentle/delicate cycle setting may be used as an alternative. If they fit, wash your items in a net bag for extra protection. You can also use color-safe bleeding sheets in the wash to minimize any dye transfer*.
- Drying flat is always the best way to keep your crochet pieces looking good as new. However, you may also find that tumble drying your piece on a low-heat setting (paired with the use of fabric softener in the wash) may help induce extra softness. If you choose the tumble dry method, I prefer to let my items dry part-way and then lay them flat for the remainder.
- Do not iron. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.
*The materials we use in crochet items are pre-washed at the factory to prevent dye bleeding. However, it is always safest to throw in a couple of color-safe bleeding sheets when you wash your item(s) for the first time.
How can I Place my Order
On each item's description page, there is a teal button that says, "Order My..." Click this button to proceed to the order form and fill out all the required fields before submitting your order.
Once you submit your order, please allow us 2-3 business days to process your request. When your order is processed, we will get in touch (using the preferred method you select on the first page of the order form) to go over order details and confirm your selections. Then, you will receive an invoice email that includes: the complete, itemized list of your selections, the approximate shipping cost, and the link(s) to complete your payment.

What are my Shipping Options?
All hand-made, custom products are shipped from Houston, Texas in flat rate packaging. Look on your confirmation email for the approximate shipping cost for your item(s) or visit your local post office for standard shipping rates. Shipping estimates are based on geographic distance as well as package weight. Please specify on your order form if rush* shipping is required. When we ship your item, you will receive a separate email with both the date we mailed your package and a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your item as it is delivered.

Do You Offer Gift Packaging?

Can Damaged Products be Returned for a Refund?

What do I do if My Package is Late?
Unfortunately, Dani's Dabbles cannot be held responsible for any losses that might occur due to unforeseen circumstances of the United States Postal System. However, if your package is late or your individual package tracking (found in your order confirmation email) claims the product has already been delivered, please email us here to send a message regarding the possible package misplacement. I bought a drink cozy and now it has stretched out a bit. What do I do?
At Dani's Dabbles, we thoroughly test every design before it becomes generally available to the public. This means, we know just what you will experience while using our products.
If you purchased a drink cozy and it has stretched out a bit after frequent use, just throw it in the wash and then use the tumble dry method to shrink the cotton back into its proper shape. When dry, your cozy will fit just like it did the first day you got it!

If there is a problem with my item, can I return it for a full refund?
Since most of Dani's Dabbles' items are custom order products, refunds are generally not granted. However, please call or email us to report any problematic orders. We are dedicated to making your experience great and will investigate the different options available to remedy the situation as fast as possible!
