Family pictures are a great way to celebrate the fall season, and what says "Happy Halloween" quite like pumpkins? Visit The Pumpkin Patch to have some fun while supporting a fantastic cause!

Located at 13403 Cypress North Houston Road, Houston, Texas, 77429, Cypress United Methodist Church has opened The Pumpkin Patch to families for the past fourteen years. 

This year, the event is open from 10am-7pm, everyday, October 6th-November 1st.

**Per their website, proceeds go toward youth missions and outreach.**

With kind volunteers ready to assist, the church welcomes people of all ages* to bring a picnic, participate in Storytime, take pictures, and shop for pumpkins.

A variety of sizes, shapes, and colors will fill your heart's pumpkin desires. Plus, delicious banana bread and cold water are both available if you happen to forget your lunch!

*Daycares are also encouraged to visit, picnic, and take group photos.

The Pumpkin Patch also offers a variety of FREE activities that are sure to entertain regardless of age.

Possible activities include:

• Entering the pumpkin carving contest
• Gliding down the curvy slide
• Participating in Storytime
• Playing Tic-Tac-Toe
• Riding tricycles

And, don't forget to take pictures in front of the many established backdrops. 

From "Texas Strong," breast cancer awareness, and homey porch settings to "My First Pumpkin Patch," Elmo, and Harry Potter characters, you will definitely discover a photo op in the making!
